Using a state of the art yard management system we are able to electronically keep our eye on equipment and use it to create reports, manage labor cost and keep the yard operations moving on time.

By utilizing reports and breaking out multiple categories we are able to pinpoint where savings can be made, and adapt labor and other cost to meet goals with a specific target in mind instead of a blanket approach.
